I am a certified Feminine Leadership Coach with the We Are The Women organization, and I offer programs that introduce professionals to holistic living. The online course on Marketing Strategy from eCornell has enhanced my understanding of customer needs and behavior. I stay updated on industry trends through a subscription to MarTech Weekly and follow broader societal trends by engaging with reputable sources such as the Harvard Business Review. I believe that a key future trend is the application of AI to improve the experiences of customer service representatives (CSRs), campaign managers, and customers alike!
